The “Live Build” on the demo page is a deterministic, scripted illustration of how we approach work. It does not connect to your systems, does not build or deploy real software in your browser, and the on-screen output is not advice, a deliverable, a specification, or a binding quote. Real builds are scoped, priced, and delivered under a written agreement.

When you send a message or build request you confirm the information is accurate, that you may share it, and that it doesn't include confidential third-party data or anything unlawful. You permit us to use it to respond to and evaluate your enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The site's design, code, copy, and the JCW name and branding are owned by JCW and may not be copied or reused without permission. Nothing here transfers any rights to you.

The site and demo are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JCW is not liable for any loss arising from use of the website or reliance on the demo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and the courts of The Hague have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
