Privacy Policy

JCW is an AI automation studio based in The Hague, Netherlands, with operations in South Africa. For anything in this policy — including access or deletion requests — contact joshua@jcw-ai.nl. We are the data controller for the information described below.

Only what you actively submit:

• Contact form — your name, email, optional company, and the message you write.
• Demo console — when you describe a job and start or send a build, the text you type and (if provided) your email are sent to us as an enquiry.
• Abuse prevention — our submission endpoint briefly holds your IP address in memory to rate-limit automated abuse. It is not stored or used to profile you.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies and we do not track your activity across other sites.

We use your submission solely to understand your enquiry and respond to it, and — if it leads to working together — to deliver that work. Under the GDPR our legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Submissions are delivered to our inbox by Resend, our email-delivery processor, and stored in our email and project tools so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.

Please don't paste secrets, credentials, or confidential third-party data into the demo console or the form — describe the problem, not the keys.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, where it leads to a relationship, for the duration of that relationship plus a reasonable period for legal and accounting purposes. Ask us to delete your data at any time and we will, unless we're legally required to retain it.

If you're in the EU/UK you have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to our use of your personal data, and to data portability. Email joshua@jcw-ai.nl and we'll action it. You may also complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We'll update this page if our practices change and revise the effective date above. Material changes affecting people who've contacted us will be communicated directly where appropriate.
